Apple-cinnamon cream

Ingredients for 4 servings
4 glasses of Leni’s Apple Puree
½ tsp cinnamon
200 g curds
150 ml cream
40 g icing sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
100 g chopped almonds
50 g brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Blend the curds until creamy. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and cream and beat until creamy. Place the butter in a pan, add the almonds and lightly roast. Then add sugar and allow to caramelise. Fill the glasses with alternating layers of Leni’s Apple Puree and the cream, and garnish with the almonds.
