Potato-apple gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings
150 g chanterelles
600 g waxy potatoes
400 g Leni’s Apple Slices
2 tsp lemon juice  
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 eggs
150 ml milk
200 g crème fraîche
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp oil
Clean and halve the chanterelles. Peel the potatoes and finely slice. Add a few drops of lemon. Finely chop the rosemary. Fill a flat gratin dish with alternating layers of apple and potato. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the eggs, milk, crème fraîche, cornflour, salt, pepper and rosemary and pour over the apple and potato. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Five minutes before the gratin is ready, sauté the chanterelles in hot oil and add salt and pepper. Spread the chanterelles on the finished gratin.
